Summer Workouts

Summer workouts are an opportunity for players to get acquainted with coaches and teammates, begin athletic conditioning, and to start tossing the ball around together. Workouts typically begin in late-June and run one weekday evening, and one weekend morning, weekly. 


Pre-season is all about preparing for the first game week. Players participate in conditioning, practice drills, learn positioning and scrimmage together. Equipment will be distributed for tackle players. Pre-season typically begins in early- to mid-August. Tackle teams typically practice Tuesday-Friday from 5:30-7:30 pm, and Flag teams Tuesday-Thursday from 6:00-7:30 pm.
